I have a 5920G. It gets around 90-94 c cpu and around 90 gpu.Is this normal or do i have to check it up. My room temp is like 30 c.

I wanted to know if this temp will harm the cpu.

Well, your room temperature is rather warm. But still, your CPU should not max out that high. My old laptop's CPU maxed out at around 65 degrees C, and my T500 (at lower ambient temperatures, since I haven't been through a summer with it yet) maxed out at around 55 the other day. The first measurement is with RMClock, the second is with CoreTemp. HW Monitor reports a few degrees lower.

I hae monitored with both hwmonitor and Realtemp. My idling temp is around 60-70 c.

omg! tat temp is way too high! it is not normal obviously. it could damage your components faster.

did u jus went repair your notebook? like change board?

it might have some air pocket between cpu/gpu n heatsink.

mine was 1 of the example after went change board, becos of graphics card up lorry.
after repair, i test out normal usage n gaming. gpu temp was way to high. before graphics up lorry n before repair, gpu n cpu temp were 2-3 degrees difference.

so decided to find some vid to disassemble my laptop n take a look at the heatsink.
u might wan to check out the thread: http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=364160

the main problem is, they use many sheet of copper to replace the thick thermal pad instead. tat result to hav many air pockets in between gpu n heatsink. even i apply thermal grease on both side of many sheets of copper also no use.
in the end decided to switch it. since chipset's temp is not tat high as gpu i suppose.

30ºC is already a bit on the hot side so that might have something to do with it.
