I just got a new Timeline X 1830T and I really like it, but it sure has a lot of bloatware on it I don't want.

I tried doing a total reinstall using the eRecovery managment software, but it put all the bloatware back on it. I also burned back up DVD's but I'm afraid if I use them I end up with the bloatware back on it.

Has anyone figured out a way to do a clean install of Windows 7 using the Acer Recovery manager software or the backup disc?

Is there any way to select what programs are installed when doing a recovery or any way to create a system disc that just lets you load Windows 7 without all the other junk?

No there isn't- eRecovery is meant to return your notebook to factory default state with (almost) everything that came with it.
Clean install can be made only with retail Windows DVD- not with Acer software.
