If I know SONOMA is the name for a special CENTRINO version (earlier version was named CARMEL). DOTHAN is the name of the CPU which is disigned for running on SONOMA. And ALVISO is the chip set (i915 M) for SONOMA with DOTHAN. [ :)]

So ... DOTHAN and SONOMA are using the same FSB: 133MHz (FSB533).

    So long

The easiest way to find out whether the chipset supports either 533MHz or 400MHz FSB is to use a system informaton utility. Try CPU-Z(www.cpuid.com). It will list the processor, chipset & other useful info.
