    Dual channel Memory??? 5740G???

    I recently got a 5740G and i see that it has 1 Dimm of 2GB and one Dimm of 4GB Ram. I know that in order to be dual channel the memory sticks shoyld be the same? Is this correct?

    Will it be faster using 2x4GB sticks istead of 1X2GB and 1x4GB?
