I own a 5672 with the mobility x1400 card. I saw some x1800s online for sale. Is it possible for me to pop one in my laptop and make it work?

My current configuration is working, I'm just trying to up the frame rate a little.

searching now and you can change the radeon but you must have the drivers stored in a file on your laptop before you insert the new card and there are limits to how far you can take this upgrade.

ive been internet free for three weeks, try it Teejay. you find out how much life is going on around you that you miss.

You are so correct hoggie. My problem is my lappie and 3G card go everywhere with me. Even if I dont want Internet....it's there anyway.

Maybe leave the lappie at home and go on holiday....

I will try it....but might fail miserably

    Cheers,

    Theo
