I have tried everything to find the file that contains the password to restore my computer. I can see the hidden drive listed in My Computer but when I go to explore it it says "Drive not formatted. Format now?"

Can someone give me specific instructions on how to get into that partition to see the files?? Please be specific and tell me what programs to use.

when your computer starts after BIOS it should have black screen with
    Your OS
    Rstore(somewhere around those lines)
press the | button to load restore
    \/
or just use system restore(within windows)
EDIT: youve got the wrong forum

UM.....did you even read what I wrote??? And this is the Acer forum. I know how to do a system restore. I dont know the recovery password because I bought the laptop used. I wanted to access the file on the hidden partition that will tell you the PW so that I can do a default restore.
