Hi, I have been using my new Extensa 4420-5239 for about a day now. I finally tried listening to some music, only to discover that the right speaker is MUCH quieter than the left speaker. I checked the volume and balance settings, everything should be normal. When I put the balance all the way to the right speaker, it is audible but much lower than the left speaker is normally, and also sounds more "tinny" (less bass/midrange, only higher frequencies). I'm planning on calling Acer tomorrow. Has anyone had this problem or a similar one?
