    Returning it seems like a reasonable choice if you ask me.

    Why? If you have hardware problems further down the line, Acer might charge you $$$ for a warranty repair, and claim the seals are broken (which they are).

    When you say 'factory seal' what exactly do you mean? Where is the seal located?
