I have recently acquired an Acer Travelmate C110 and I am trying to reset it to factory. I have no disks, and all I can get to come up is the startup screen and then it acts like windows XP is booting up but only power cycles. Over and over again. I have tried the alt F10 and F10 to no avail, any suggestions?

Ok, I have finally figured out how to reinstall the operating system. So, now, I am on to a new problem. The notebook is not responding. I am new to working on computers so I did try to install drivers for the tablet but they are not working either. Can somebody walk me through this?
