I recently installed .Net Framework 1.1 onto my laptop and when I reboot it, it comes up with this error. So i tried to uninstall it via the control panel but another error comes up.

This windows installer error explains that "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" and i need to find the folder containing tmp41.tmp because it can't find it in the default source "C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\" I can't find this folder and therefore cannot uninstall it.

This error is annoying because not only does it pop up everytime i boot the laptop, but it also has somthing to do with my Acer ePower management tool not being able to work. Can anyone help me with this issue?
