So I've considering purchasing one of these two laptops (since the price gap is only ~$350) and I was wondering whether that $350 is really just towards having Ferrari stickers and a carbon fiber case or whether there are actual performance differences.

From what I've seen, the Aspire has an extra 2GB of RAM, BluRay, and a wide screen moniter, while the Ferrari has a higher resolution screen.

The only other differences I see are the processor type (same speed, both are dual core, both are 64 bit, correct?) and video card type.

Is there anything I'm missing? What do you guys think would be the better buy?

    i LOVE THE FERRARRI design.

Do you want the looks of a ferrari (ferrari 5000) or the performance of a ferrari (aspire)
Bluray is a +1 in my book. plus u can hook it up to the tv and watch bluray movies.
