do you have the software installed?
if you do it should boot up with windows
I'm not very good at explaining things lol
so your best bet is to read the help file for the fingerprint reader
its not hard to set up

when you go to a website and click login and enter your name n password it should come up with a green popup window for you to Scan your finger.
    it does here.

make sure you have save passwords enabled in internet options in internet explorer
