    hi, my ethernet controller and fingerprint sensor seemed to have crashed and are no longer installed. i need help in what to do to fix this problem. im not very computer savy, so i may need to be told in a dummies guide way.

    Why don't you visit Acer support website and download drivers for LAN and fingerprint sensor (for your operating system) and install them again.
    That's for starters.

    I changed the name of the thread- be more specific next time.
