the cpu of my pc acer aspire 9423 xp media center is blocked at a frequency of 1Ghz, while an Intel T5500 CPU is expected to operate at 1.66 GHz. I changed my HDD, the ram and cpu for intel T7200 and always my cpu to 1ghz. Who could help me, thank you.

    best regards.

Remember excuse my English I'm not native. :(

    Hi and welcome to NBR.

Where do you see this frequency?

Get cpu-z, does it report the CPU speed correctly?
