Between these two? Just wondering if the extra £20 would be worth it.

For Acer 6930G I assume you meant this one(as both your links are the same):

If yes, then in my opinion 5920G with the HD3470 will be slightly better gaming-wise. -
Thanks for the reply though. -

I would respectfully disagree. The 3470 is a class 3 video card:

whereas the 9600M GS is a class 2 card:

Nothing against ATI...but the 6930 is a great laptop with the 9600M GS.
Just my 2 cents. -

Yep. That's what I said in my edited message. There are so many variations of the 6930 series....you could be looking at an integrated Intel 4500, or the Nvidia 9300 or if you're fortunate, the 9600M GS.
As far as the kind of experience you're going to get with the 3470...it just depends on what type of gaming you're wanting to do.
Good luck with whatever you decide on. -
9600M GS > HD 3470 > 9300M GS > 4500.
Whichever models you are comparing, pick the highest from the above statement -
i have 9600m gs with my 8930g and i'm very happy with it for gaming and blu ray i would recommended
