There's all little bits of white dust in the speaker panel and it won't come out if I try to vacuum it.

    What do I do?

I would try a can of compressed air as detailed in the cooling guide.

Tried it - the little specks of whatever seem to be wedged in good.
I'm not worrying about it - the sound quality is still great on my machine, and I do keep maintenance of the other part that gets dusty - the air intake.

It looks horrible though. It's immeasurably distracting.

Also I get this weird thing where I get a ring mod effect on the speakers at random, you know a daleky kind of noise. Really annyoing.

Kittie Rose, you've scratched it. Now what? You want to destroy the speakers mask? Your overprotecting way to handle things... destroys them. :D

Off-topic: If you want to do something cool to your laptop, replace the blue LEDs from the hinges and the power button with red LEDs. :p

You can try using Cyber clean goo on it.

    <object width='425' height='344'><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/tS5M6xh8V7k&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/tS5M6xh8V7k&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width='425' height='344'></embed></object>

PS. Do not use playdoh as a substitute.

I have it for 9 months and I really don't have this problem. My PC is constantly filled with dust, so it's not a dust free environment either.

    You are way too overprotecting...
