I'm looking to buy an Acer and have it shipped to CA and would rather not pay the tax if I can avoid it.
My top choices were newegg and zipzoomfly, not necessarily in that order.

Can anybody suggest good resellers in any other state? Or do you think it is worth paying the tax to get it from one of them?

Btw, I'm looking at the TM4402 and newegg is offering $7 shipping on it.

I think eBuyer is based in AZ so no tax for CA. Keep in mind when buying on the internet there are likely no returns.

Their prices are good, but they seem to have a disturbingly high rate of customer dissactionfaction...around 15%. Although, most of them come from customers not going into the details themselves.
Wondering if i should be concerned about this?

I have purchased from them without incident. I usually think twice if their rate is less than four stars on Pricegrabber. If you are worried, pay with a credit card as you will have more options if something goes wrong.

Thanks...I think I'll go with them.
