    I very recently purchased an acer aspire 4920 and one of the first things I did was install Sims 2. It was all working fine until there was an update for the Mobile Intel 965 Express chipset family in windows update. I left it for a bit but decided on installing it so's I would have the latest. The problem is, is now Sim2 2 keeps on freezing on loading screens, its fine when I get into the game.. but it often stops responding especially on large houses and families. Is there any way I can get the old settings back?
