A while ago I was attempting to connect an external monitor, ended up getting frustrated and gave up... and somehow left my Aspire's built-in display in reverse (white on black).

I have tried to go back through all the menus I was in at the time and nothing seems to work (or even give me an option to turn reverse display on/off)

Hopefully someone can tell me where I set this and how I can undo it, because I called the store I bought the computer from and they told me I have to do a System Restore and that it "may or may not" work. I don't remember exactly how long I've been living in negative so I'm a little reluctant to restore it until I'm sure there are no other options.

Forgive me for being so ignorant to all this, I was raised on Mac so this stuff's a little foreign still ;)

Thanks for any suggestions you can offer!

you could try uninstalling reinstalling the display driver if you haven't done so already and did you try looking in the bios to see if there were any options for this?
