Has anyone had a problem with their Acer 1640Z notebook where the Touchpad and the buttons suddenly stopped working? I've checked the settings in control panel and nothing has changed, and apparently the "device is working correctly" (typical Microsoft!!).

Couldn't find anything on the Acer website either (actually it was pretty useless!).

Luckily I have a USB mouse I can use in the meantime but it's really bugging me how this has suddenly stopped working.
