    Hello.

My boss has an Acer Aspire 1410 running Windows 7. He tried plugging in two Western Digital 1TB external hard drives. One of them will mount, but the other one will not (he hears it spin, but nothing else). Is it possible to mount two large drives with the computer? Is it not powerful enough to handle it, or is it an issue with the hard drive itself?

    Thanks.

right click on my computer, select manage, open disk/storage manager, select the drive that won't mount, and change its drive letter.
