    My driver version is 6.1.7601.17514 dated 6/21/2006.

    Does someone have a later one for a 5251-1513?

    That is a Windows driver for all optical devices so there's no more recent version nor there is a need for such version.

    You may be interested in more recent firmware if you have any issues with the drive but it's not easy to find one and there's no guarantee it's going to work.
