I have recently purchased my first Acer notebook, Aspire 9805, and would appreciate some suggestions or opinions in regards to the Hard Drive format. I see Acer has provided me the tools to do it myself, however based on my limited experience and knowledge I am seeking some expertise. I have the option to set up my internal Hard Drives (2 x 120gb) in a RAID array, and I'm leaning towards a RAID 1 configuration. The notebook's Hard Drives are in FAT32 format, and I've heard that NTFS is a better format to use. Is this true, and why? If I convert the Hard Drives to NTFS format should I do this before, or after, configuring them in a RAID setup? Any information or experiences you can provide is appreciated.

    Thanks.
