I am wondering if anyone has figured out how to get the touchpad multi gesture working on a 7720 running windows 10?

If it's Synaptics, download the driver from their website. If it's ALPS, I haven't checked (since I don't have a machine with one), but I think that you'll be out of luck.

Vista driver supporting multitouch?

Otherwise try the drivers from other laptop manufacturers, I know the Dell Latitude Exx00, Exx10, Exx20, Exx30 models use Alps touchpad (as my E5510 has one) so that's another way to look into, if the Vista driver from Acer doesn't provide gesture support. -
where will I find what touchpad I have?

In the device manager, try to search the HardwareID string. Hopefully it would come out in your favorite search engine.

Ok, I will do that this morning. Also, I know when my notebook was on windows 7, it had gesture support. And when I loaded 10 it was gone. I tried to do a roll back of the drivers but they are grey'ed out.
Has anyone figured out the touchpad scroll issue for the 7720 on windows 10?
