I am wondering if anyone has figured out how to get the touchpad multi gesture working on a 7720 running windows 10?

If it's Synaptics, download the driver from their website. If it's ALPS, I haven't checked (since I don't have a machine with one), but I think that you'll be out of luck.

Well one can always try installing the Vista driver.

I've looked into the files in the driver package and it seems gesture is supported, but it also depends on whether the touchpad itself supports that.

Otherwise try the drivers from other laptop manufacturers, I know the Dell Latitude Exx00, Exx10, Exx20, Exx30 models use Alps touchpad (as my E5510 has one) so that's another way to look into, if the Vista driver from Acer doesn't provide gesture support.

In the device manager, try to search the HardwareID string. Hopefully it would come out in your favorite search engine.

Ok, I will do that this morning. Also, I know when my notebook was on windows 7, it had gesture support. And when I loaded 10 it was gone. I tried to do a roll back of the drivers but they are grey'ed out.
