Hi, everyone. I would really appreciate any help or advice on the problem I am having right now.
I have Acer Aspire 7720Z laptop. I bought it in Russia a couple of years ago, and all the drivers were already installed when I purchased it (I do not have any CDs with the Acer software).
About six months ago my boyfriend had to completely reinstall the Windows, because I had repeating system crashes. I lost all of my files, including all my drivers but, fortunately, managed to download the drivers later on from the Internet. The only drivers I did not manage to find were the Russian keyboard drivers.
I have English-Russian keyboard on my computer, and this was the only reason I bought my laptop in Russia. I was using it for writing letters to my family and friends in Russia while studying in U.S., which I cannot do anymore, since I have only English keyboard drivers on my laptop.
I tried looking for those drivers on the Acer Russian web page ( http://www.acer.ru), but it seems like they do not have them.
Since I cannot type in Russian anymore, I cannot search for the software on the Russian internet, either.
If you have any clue on where I could find those drivers, that would be very helpful! Thank you.

Hi,
please check your Control Panel. There should be an option "Region and Language options". With that, you can simply add the russian keyboard layout. You should then have a new icon in the task bar allowing you to switch the keyboard layout from english to russian and vice versa.
No additional software is needed.
