My notebook is Aspire 5583WXMi, Realtek sound drivers. The sound works just fine on the speakers, on the USB speakers, on the bluetooth headset, but it does not work what so ever on the headset. I tried different headsets, all working on other systems, reinstalled the drivers, all I could think of. Is there a tweak that i do not know about? The jack was working yesterday, and this is not the first time that this phenomenon occurs.

    Thanks for the assistance,
    Kheops
