Eveerest should work, and it also gives you alot of extra information. Some of the information is gives, may not be the most accurate, as the Home edition is a little outdated. I think that Speedfan should also give you the temperatures, but I am not sure that it does.

If the 5674wlhi comes with an x1600 graphics processor then yes it can be monitored if supported! ^^

Download and install ATI Tray Tools, it will tell you. ;)

If it is not supported then you are SOL unless you find another app.

Does ATI Tool bring up the temperature on the Mobility X1600. Some ATI cards don't even have a temperature sensor, so that would explain there being no reading present for the GPU.

ATI tray tools will not let me check to box to monitor the temp on my x1600. I've overclocked it to 470 470 and want to be sure that its safe and not overheating.

Knowing the temperature will help alot, as it can overheat ans cause problems when you do overclcok it. You can still overclock, but games may become unstale in certain parts, where more graphics power is required. In that case, the computer may crash or freeze, and it will be best to cut back on the overclcok by 5 to 10 MHz.
