so heres what i did. i got up this morning, turned on my computer. everything was fine. heres where it gets weird. i had read online in the tips and tweaks for the 1410 on this forum. about installing the bluetooth module. one thing says take the computer totally apart, the other says remove the back screws and there is enough room to open the case to drop in the module. so the curiosity got the best of me and i removed the screws to see if this was true. after getting all the screws out there seemed to be enough room there, not having the BT module i closed it up and screwed everything back together. plugged the battery back in, mashed the power button......NOTHING. power light is on, the HDD indicator light flashes once. that's it BLANK SCREEN. once this happened i decided to take the thing apart to make sure i hadn't pulled anything loose. i didn't see anything loose, but i did while the keyboard was out put the battery back in to see if anything happened. the cooling fan wasn't running for the processor. it tries to turn on but doesn't stay on. i can hold the HDD to my ear and hear it spinning so i know thats working. ANY IDEAS,ANY HELP would be appreciated. i called acer tech, i didnt tell them i opened it up, he had no clue and gave me a service number and wants me to sent it in. HELP PLEASE
