This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Help WEBCAM USB connection in-out by itself

    So this what happen

    I have this problem that my webcam is not working any more (used by another application)
    So i just disable the webcam from device manager

    but then strange thing happen, it keeps connect and disconnect by it self. there were sounds of USB connected and disconnected
    it happens frequently

    anyone know how to stop this?
