    Help finding a 5920 in WA...

    Hello,
    I'm coming down from Canada (Vancouver) and I was wondering if anyone could suggest any retailers that sell preferably the 5920G or failing that the 5920-6661 in Northern Washington state. Basically anywhere around Seattle or north of there. I know that Best Buy used to carry the 5920G model and yes, you can get pretty much anything online, but I am hoping to drive down to pick one up. Much appreciated.

    I bought it locally in Bellevue BestBuy, but that was 2 month ago and I don't see them anymore online

    Yeah I checked with Best Buy today, none to be had in all of Washington state. Can anyone recommend a retailer that might carry the 5920 ?

    Am facing the same prob.

    Best buy model is gone..
    I mailed them, they gave no gurantee of it to come back
    Is any new 5920 updates coming?

    Microcenter.com has the $1499 version.

    Am not sure about the stores since am in India. But most sites have info regarding store information, if any they have.

    OK, maybe it's time to broaden my horizons. Can anyone help me out with a retailer that sells 5920's in Oregon or Washington?

    Nah, sounds like a fun road trip, plus I'm sure there are savings to be had...what with the exchange rate, lower retail prices, etc. Besides it's a lot closer than De Ronde van Vlaanderen ;)

    Haha, for me it isn't ;)
    But Vancouver - Oregon, isn't that like 800 km? Sounds crazy to me :)
    But in big Canada and USA, distance is irrelevant :D
    Canadian people would drive 1000 km just to buy a laptop :D

    oh, i'm glad i had a brother living in the states to send me mine. btw, the best buy model was listed in the computer as discontinued on their bb system, so i got it on for $1100usd. So that maybe the reason its not available now. Maybe their getting an updated version?

    Christ, don't I know it. A few weeks ago I saw one for I believe it was $1036 at a Best Buy in Burlington. I wasn't sure I wanted to buy, went shopping for a couple of hours, came back and *poof* it was gone, last one. You snooze, you loose. Anyway if anyone knows of any Acer dealers that carry the 5920 in Washington (or Oregon), it would be appreciated...

    If your still looking for an 5920.. look on ebay at the best buy outlet shop..
    They've got roughly a dozen listed.

    I just got one for ~$600. They are "used and returned" but are tested before being listed.
