Hmmm figured it out, download a different BIO's and used the BAT file to run the flash

Hi all, I apologise if this has been covered somewhere and also if I've posted in the wrong forum?- I have been searching the forums and online for two hours now trying to figure this out...

Never having flashed a BIOS in DOS before I thought I'd try on a spare 5738G before I try my 6930G.

I have downloaded two different modded BIO's but maybe I'm entering the wrong commands in DOS to run the flash?

Made a bootable USB key, copied the 5738g files below onto it-
    ACERACDC
    BIOS
    JV13504.ROM
    JV13504.WPH
    phlash16

When I boot into DOS off the USB what exactly should I type to get this to run- so far I have tried-
    phlash.exe
    phlash16.exe /x /s /mode=3 JV13504.WPH
Something else I cannot remember

I managed to get phlash to run but it opens up with an error saying bios file not found.

I'm probably missing something obvious but any help would be much appreciated!
