    Hi,
I am trying to do a Factory Restore using empowering technology, everything was OK until the "Acer Launch" window appeared.
    Now it shows: Process 1/2
    :Install eRecovery solution
    : Please wait
It has been showing that for a long time, I am unable to move that window or close it.There is another window appears behind it but I am unable to access to read what it is. Could someone please help me how to close this window or how to solve this problem. Thank you in anticipation.

I have never had to do this so I do not know the interface, so this is a complete guess and I apologise for guessing - but...
Have you tried to move to the hidden window with 'alt tab' or 'ctrl tab' or similar?
Are you recovering from CD/DVD? in which cas it might be prompting for the new disc?
Are you recovering from the hard disc, in which case it could be prompting for a password, if you created one?
