I recently took a step up to win7 64bit on my Acer Aspire 7520-5311 ...

Everything went smooth and I downloaded the new Nvidia drivers from nvidia's website, however I have 3 devices that are unknown

    1. Base system device, location pci bus 1, device 4, function 2
    2. Base system device, location pci bus 1, device 4, function 3

Lastly I have an unknown device, can anyone assist in identifing which drivers I will need for these devices? Thanks ahead!

Try providing the correct Hardware IDs located here:
This dialog you can access via Device Manager, select unknown device, right click and select "Properties".

On other hand, you could just download all the drives HERE (select your model and operating system) and install them all. If something doesn't install that means you don't have that device =).

My guess is you missed the chipset driver for the PCI system.

    Try Windows Update.

if still doesn't work, then those leftover devices might be the Card Reader drivers.
