    Hi,

I tried upgrading the LCD screen for Acer Aspire 4830T, I ordered the only 14 inch FullHD screen with 40pin connector that I could find but I failed to notice that the new LCD also needs a separate connection for the backlight. Previous LCD has the same connector already routed from within the LCD panel.

This is the screen I ordered: AU OPTRONICS B140HAN01.0 HW:2A LED LAPTOP SCREEN COMPATIBLE 14.0" 40PINS

Is there any way to fix this issue? To get a cable into the backlight connector and connect it somewhere on the laptop for power? Otherwise the screen fits and all, but doesn't currently power on.
