I need some help with burning the recovery disk, for an Aspire 5610 with Windows Vista.

I just got this laptop back, from Acer Repair. They had to replace my hdd and memory. Now I am having problems getting the second DVD recovery disk to burn. It's like my drive can't do anything with the blank dvd. I could burn with NTI cd and dvd maker software that came with the laptop, so I don't think it is my dvd's or the drive. I did get the first dvd to burn, but it was like pulling teeth.

Has anyone had this problem and if so did it get fixed?

I'd appreciate any help with this.

I did get my recovery disks to burn, after trying a couple of different dvd brands, it finally let one of them burn the disk.

    Thanks for the help.
