You'd have to flash it with v 1.04 again however if you're talking about Acer Aspire 4741 (you didn't specify) this BIOS version is no longer available at Acer support site.
What's your reason for downgrade anyway?

it is said that my VGA BIOS is set to 1994. Intel GMA HD is my VGA. That is why i want to downgrade it to v1.04 again. Where I can get the BIOS v1.04 cause this version is no longer available at ACER support site.

It's impossible- this part we're talking about never existed in 1994.
By the looks of it we're talking about Intel HD graphics that's integrated in the Core i3/i5 CPUs that were announced sometime in December 2009/January 2010.
Your notebook has been available since June 2010 and you're talking 1994?

    Leave BIOS as it is.

In the BIOS department- nothing. More recent ones than the one you're using are meant for 4741G with Fermi cards so it doesn’t concern you.
Why don't you update drivers- the ones on Acer website are not the most recent ones i.e. Intel has more recent graphics drivers, Realtek- sound drivers etc.
