    i had a acer travel mate 4000 series laptop with an external hard disk.... some couple of month before the laptop being stolen and i dont have any laptops with me right now... except for a acer brand desktop... the aditional hard disk is protected with PQSERVICE PARTITION which was with me is cannot be formated thru a connected USB Cable.... can anyone tel me how to format that hard coz its useless keeping abondand.
