How can I use a VOIP and webcam and avoid a block from Etilisat in the UAE ?
I tried Skype and it is blocked and I don't find any solution to keep contact with my family except calling and paying huge bills. Thanks for the help.

The only possibility occurring to me is trying different programs like MSN messenger and Google Talk.

Isn't there a way to do this through a freeware proxy server off google?
