I have this laptop since September, and i'm really satisfied with performance, heat and noise, but i saw that there is some dust on the "grill" that cover the fan and i want be sure that there is no dust inside the fan. I tried to renove the cover but even if i remove all screws it doesn't move, i watched a video on YT, the guy was diassembling a 771G, that is similar to mine, and he reached the fan by removing everything (keyboard, palm rest and all the cables) is this the only way? How is possible that i can't clean the fan without be an engineer?

If you bought the laptop in September there won't be enough dust accumulated to warrant a full disassembly.
What really makes the cooling worse is dust buildup between the "leafs" of the radiator - the fan pushes more and more dust there, it gets wedged and significantly decreases airflow which is what cools the radiator.
What you should do is buy a gas-duster (aka compressed air) and blow it through the vent on regular basis (I do it at least once a month).
Blow it the other way (against the airflow) - co where the notebook exhausts hot air you blow it in. No worries about damaging the fan - it won't even if it makes it spin the other way.
I actually to this when the notebook is on - in which case the dust gets pushed in and then immediately out by the working fan (you can actually see a small cloud of dust being pushed out). If you do this on regular basis you will prevent the accumulation of dust and there will be no need for disassembly at all (unless thermal paste needs changing).
Long story short- spend $5 on a gas duster and give it a chance. -

It won't damage the fan when it's running chiefly because there's not enough pressure/force to even slow it down, let alone stop the fan.
If you decided to use a vacuum cleaner - that could (and probably would) end badly, but a gas-duster is not powerful enough to cause any damage but at the same point strong enough to push the dust out. -

I know - you've been clear with your post. I just wanted to add an explanation why it won't damage the fan since we have a lot of lurkers and some people who are not NBR members will come across this thread while looking for an answer.
How can i reach the fan on an Acer Aspire V3-772G?
