Would like to UNDER clock the AAO. I did a forum search but could not find anything. I'd like to UC it because it'd get better battery life and not get as warm as it does. Thanks :)

Get RMclock, I'm not sure if the atom has EIST but if it does you will be able, using that software, to limit the CPU to whatever multiplier you want and therefore decrease the CPU speed and increase de battery life. Also, I'd suggest you have a look at the undervolting guide.

You can't really unless you can get access to the clock generator, which unfortunately, I have not yet found any software that does this. I was hoping setfsb or rmclock would but it doesn't appear so.

You could get a1ctl and lock it to 800mhz, but no lower and no voltage controls.
