I don't know where you live, but in America, being able to use a computer at <10 years old does not make you a genius, and people frequently live past the ripe old age of 45.

Thank you Lithus. I never realised that that there are people younger than 10years young who are Acer users or that people live to the ripe old age of 45 or more.

    Your knowledge is amazing.

My poll is apparently worthless because you have all the answers.

You are welcome to take over this thread or f..ck of and leave my thread alone.

    Make your choice

Old story with the Acer forum. Always some non-Acer bored jerk who posts here because he can. Never constructive....always destructive.

This time it was Lithus. Well known for his antics and comments elsewhere on NBR. Shame.

    Cheers,
    Theo

Wow, at least now I understand why your life expectancy is 45.

Way to take a comment and blow it out of proportions.

It's a confusing poll, since he asks how old you are as an Acer user. I interpreted that to mean "how long have you used Acer computers?" But then again, I don't think Acer has been around for 45 years. Whatever. I think it's hilarious how a simple poll can lead to expletives and death threats.

That's how the question appears to be phrased to me. According to Wikipedia, it's been around since 1976, so the oldest possible is 32 years I guess.

Uh......sorry guys. And Lithus. I guess my poll does suck a little bit    and is somewhat confusing

I just wanted to find out your rough age now as an Acer user in order to get some sort of idea of the age group that Acer appeals to most.

I hope I haven't made it more confusing now......

    Cheers,
    Theo

I just would like to say that the topic is perfectly clear for me although my english knowledge is not the best.
Also, most acer user´s don´t even know what NBR means so i guess you cannot realy get any idea of their aging profile... nevertheless we can find out what´s the NBR-user´s avarage :).
Think this is not a bad idea at all.

    Regards.

No kidding.. I work at an elementary school and our second graders (7-8) use laptops all the time.. The two year old I used to babysit for would play computer games.. and nobody above 45? Edit your poll ..at least add some older ages

Before this thread dies, please be advised the Senior guys/gals use computers and use Acers! I'm 74 years young and have used my 5610Z for about 2 years if I remember correctly. Did I say how old I am? What is this all about anyway?

Now I feel like a young "whipper-snapper", I'm only going to be 48 in May

hoggie, I wish I could get the wife to play a good FPS, she feels vid games are a complete waste of time. The only game she'll even try is Guitar Hero, and usually gets boo'd off the stage as it is!!!
