Hi Im using Acer Aspire 4170G which comes with Acer crystal eye webcam. OS: Vista. This morning I tried to use the webcam to take pictures of myself but my pictures are not being saved were they used to be, which is in my Pictures Folder. I checked everywhere on my laptop but cant find the photos I took. The photos I took used to be displayed below the camera window but now the field is totally empty. photos taken automatically disappears after evry click when taking pictures.

I have checked the Properties of the webcam and found that the folder path of the cam is now set to: C:\Users\public\public desktop. But it is not in the Desktop. I dont even see the Public desktop Folder in C:\Users\public\. I dont also see an option to change the folder path. How can I change the folder path? I want the photos to appear in my desired folder. Please help. Thanks in advance.
