    How to discover the Serial Number of 5672

    Please,

    i brought a new 5672 but i can't find the serial number of it. There's only the windows XP serial.

    Is there a way i can get this serial number other way? such a software? I want to validate it against acer website to know if my computer is a refurbished or not.

    It should be right below the battery bay inbetween the battery lock and the battery release latch. Pic related, but it's a different model, mind you. Location of S/n should be universal though. At least look for something similar looking at the bottom.

    Alternatively go to "Acer eSettings" under Acer "Empowering Technology"... goto 'system information', you'll find it under 'Motherboard and Bios' settings.
