Is there any program out that is able to do that?I've already tried to use both SpeedFan(in which no fans are detected) and the Acer Power Management(in which I didn't find any options about the fan speed).

A few older acers had the option of controlling fan speed using one of acer's utilities but none of the newer ones (from the last ~4years onwards) do not allow any kind of fan speed control. The fan settings (hardwired in the BIOS) are off, low or high that is it. The mainboard uses the CPU temp sensor to decide what fan speed to use, the user has no control.
As you noticed speedfan doesn't work and none of the other programs I tried a year ago worked either (this was the case on both of my acers btw). I just gave up on it and have undervolted the processor instead.
