Hey guys I bought a new AO522. I had an account with Acer already, so I booted up the computer and completed the registration. But when I logged into my Acer account there was no record of it. I added it but it said no under warranty contract.
I then registered it with the support site and got a confirmation email, but the warranty contract still says no.
So do I need to do anything more to get the warranty registered?
