Hello guys, I searched the forum and found the steps on how to reformat my laptop.

I learned that I should create a backup first before I restore the settings of my laptop to factory settings. But the problem is, whenever I press ALT+F10 when Windows logo shows up, nothing happens.

I also tried to look for Acer eRecovery Management Utility or the Recover option in Start button, but I don't see it there.

Also, is it possible for me to reformat my PC with just the Resource CD? Is it the CD I will need to complete the process?

    Thanks!
