When I try to remove it, I can't. There are 4 mini holder on the top of the keyboard, after I push them, the keyboard lifts up a bit, but at the upper angles it is still stick to the chassis. What am I missing?? No video disassembly guide is available...

    Yup you are right....

You push the 4 upper tabs in which will release the top of the keyboard. There are still two hard latches on the side. Slide a credit card near the top middle so you can get your finger under it and lift. The keyboard will arc slightly and the two side latches will release.

From there, carefully lift the black piece to release the ribbon and pull the keyboard forward and she is out.

New ribbon in, black piece down and then just slide the board in at the bottom and press all around until you here all 6 clicks (2 on side 4 on top).
