You"ll have to get an external USB bluetooth module. The 3003wlci does not have bluetooth even though it has a switch in the front of the laptop.

Try going into control panel and hitting bluetooth, There should be a way to find devices in there. It also must be turned on. I am not super familar with Acer bluetooth.

Is it possible to install one if you figure out the part number? I thought i read somewhere that the port is just empty.

IF there is a port then it is quite possible. Whether there is one I really didnt open up mine enough to know about that.

This guy tried installing it in his 3003, but he never posted back whether it was successful or not.

You could also try replacing the Mini PCI Wifi card with a card which has both Bluetooth & Wifi combined. This might have higher chance of working and the Wifi card is very easy to access.
