Friends ask for your help. I purchased a laptop acer g9-593, it came with not original power supply. Charge this one from Alienware 240w. This unit does not charge my laptop. I purchased another, second-hand power supply Chicony A12-230P1A - this is the original. But it also does not work, there is no charge. I measured the voltage at the main contacts it is 19.5 v. But there is no tension on the thin central contact. Answer the owners of the G9 series to measure its serviceable unit, what kind of voltage do you have? As it is possible, someone will suggest how to remake the block of alienware under my predator?
