You need to learn how to "slipstream" your hard drive SATA drivers, or use a floppy disc to load the drivers.

Learn the slipstream method then, and create your own XP disc that has the drivers you need preinstalled. nLite works wonders for this.

you need to make a slipstream of windows xp. you need to put the sata driver of the model of your laptop in windows xp installer. use nlite to copy the whole installer of xp and load the sata driver then burn to cd. sorry for bad english!

Thank you so much for the help you guys gave me i wasted all my day but it was worth it and learned some new things xD i finally dual booted my notebook thanks once again :D Now i encounter another problem which the cd installs good and it does the whip, but as soon as i go to the install thingy the blue screen with the welcome it comes with an error D:\I386\asms. some file from there missing. I am re downloading windows again i just wanted to ask might that be an error of the cd or maybe another problem that will be hard to fix?
